Shooting location : La Grande Vadrouille.

In Paris, in 1942. Three British airmen, shot down by the DCA, are forced to parachute. The first lands among the seals of the Vincennes zoo, the second disrupts the scrolls of a house painter, Augustin Bouvet, busy swallowing the facade of the Kommandantur, and the third lands on the roof of the opera house, while the conductor Stanislas Lefort conducts a rehearsal there. Bouvet and Lefort, who were obliged to look after their unwelcome visitors, made common cause and decided to help the aviators to reach the free zone. A noble project, but one that proved to be difficult to carry out”.
